My second published article on The Republican Post website and my first for the print edition. I initially pitched a review for the Dutch Baby Pancakes at Paragon.

The review however, after discussions by the editorial team, grew to a review of differing concept cafes specialising in pancakes.

I selected the three eateries featured in my article after extensive research on my end.
